Practice samba with an emphasis on hips and drills to improve your style. The second portion of the class is dedicated to high-intensity stamina training.

Level: intermediate to advanced. *Beginners can still join and follow my directions for an adapted stamina training.

What to expect: be open to investing in a strong samba and feel grateful for what your body can do!
